Grass Fed Organic Baby Back Ribs Recipe So Tender


Curtis and Andrea’s baby back ribs  
Use meat from grass fed cows!
Use the amount of ribs that will fit in your pan!
Rub (I did all these x 6):
¼ tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp ground cumin
2 tsp paprika
1 tsp dry oregano
1 tsp brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
25 grinds fresh black pepper
3 TBSP vegetable oil – optional
Pour cup water and 1/8 cup liquid smoke into bottom of pan
Put meat on rack in pan (preferably in a hotel pan with rack inside pan)
I used my turkey pan and it worked well.
Pat rub into both sides of meat
Put meat bone side up in pan
Cover with aluminum foil, tightly
Put in 275 degree oven for 8 hours
Finish on grill 15 min., with BBQ sauce to flavor - Susan Fonger
